• Operating System (including version) of the machine hosting the Envoy MQ Client
• Operating System (including version) of the machine hosting the Envoy MQC (Envoy MQ Connector)
• Envoy MQ log file(s) - fmqsys.log located in the <Envoy MQ Installation Directory>
